We are familiar with the area and the way of life here, as well as the customs, traditions, entertainment, facilities and laws etc. We have been established for over seven years now in the same offices, so have a reputation locally amongst both the Spanish and English for being reliable, well informed and honest.

We are based in the typical Spanish fishing village of Isla Plana on the Costa Calida coast in Murcia, close to Puerto de Mazarron. The Costa Calida boasts km´s of beautiful unspoilt beaches and coves with the clear blue Mediterranean sea offering peace and tranquility. The surrounding mountains with their breathtaking views plus the vast areas of fruit trees and vineyards all add to a tranquil setting. Further inland the Parque Natural de Sierra Espuña is magnificent with its wildlife and limestone formations towering above its sprawling pine forests.

The magnificent coast of the Costa Calida, is also recognised by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world to live. The Costa Calida stretches from the popular Mar Menor, an inland sea with warm crystalline waters, to the quieter resort of Aguilas. Murcia remains one of Spain's best kept secrets and least developed corners. It is also quickly getting the nickname of Europe’s California.
